The Firm uses the Law Society Conditional Fee Agreement which ensures that clients never need to pay for legal services and recover 100% of their compensation.

Most claims achieve a negotiated settlement but where the issue of Court Proceedings is necessary Litigation Expenses Insurance is used to avoid the risk of any client having to pay the Defendants Costs in the highly unlikely event of any claim not succeeding. Premiums for such insurance can be substantial but are arranged without cost to our clients.
